Every project kicks off with a deep dive into understanding the people who’ll use it. Through Interviews, surveys, and observation, I uncover insights into users’ goals, needs, and pain points. This investigation lays the foundation for user- centered solutions that are tailored to real people
Once I understand the “who,” it’s time to chart the “how” I visualize the path each user may take to accomplish their goal, anticipating their motivations and obstacles along the way. These user journeys ensure the experience feels intuitive from start to finish.
Wireframes are the skeleton of each design-a functional, no-frills blueprint focused purely on layout and flow. Here, I plan interactions and structures that prioritize usability and accessibility, laying the groundwork for the design to be both seamless and impactful.
With a prototype in hand, it’s time to get feedback. I put the design through its paces with real users to understand what works and what needs refining. Observing how users navigate the interface allows me to optimize for simplicity, clarity, and satisfaction.
After usability testing, I dive into the visual elements that make the interface shine. Colors, typography, spacing, and imagery are carefully selected to be visually engaging yet aligned with users’ needs, transforming the wireframes into an immersive experience.
Finally, I prepare each design for a pixel-perfect handoff, ensuring developers have every detail they need to bring it to life. From detailed specifications to annotated screens, this phase ensures the vision is faithfully translated from design to code.
